Payment & Terms
Our friendly administration team will contact you prior to your initial appointment to discuss payment terms and conditions. Our onsite HICAPS mobile terminal also supports Private Health funds (please check with your provider regarding your level of cover). Bills paid by third parties will incur GST.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice than this incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you don’t attend an appointment or give less than 24 hours notice – you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee to cover the costs of our administration and clinical staff.
